When I was ready to pull out my hair and cry, John very calmly reminded me that it was a process and not to settle for less than what I wanted. Once we found the perfect house, John worked tirelessly to get all of the paperwork in order. He was in constant contact with our attorney, the Department of Transportation, and us. He researched, asked questions and e-mailed us making sure that we were informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. Most importantly, John made us feel like we were his only clients and he was devoted to making us happy in our new home. His customer service and devotion to his clients should be what every real estate agent should aspire to. I have happily recommended John to my friends and they have been extremely satisfied.

At frist we did not think we could afford a home. But when we met John he helped us see how easy it is to buy with his help. We went out on a couple occasions to see homes. John really listened to us. He showed us houses that were within our reach in areas that are desirable. We have become happy homeowners. It's been almost 3 months since we bought our house. John was the listing realtor for the house we sold and the house we bought. We could'nt have asked for a better realtor. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was always available to help with our questions and concerns. He returned calls promptly with answers. John knew how much we wanted the new house and took extra steps in order to sell ours. He had open houses, and advertised in the paper and on the web. Even now, he still calls to see how we are doing. We've recommended him to many of our friends and family and wouldn't call anyone else if we ever decide to sell.
